Hi. Welcome to Freida's new blog. I'm glad you stopped by.

God has given me a passion to know and do what I can to cooperate with Him in my financial and physical prosperity (as well as feeding and exercising my 'Spirit man'). The Spirit man is what's most important and there's a lot of emphasis today on him but these others are important as well. God's written Word says this in Deuteronomy 30:19: "I call heaven and earth as witnesses today against you, that I have set before you life and death, blessing and cursing; therefore choose life, that both you and your descendants may live;

Choices in every area are so important and will eventually lead to life or death. I believe this refers to the total being - spirit, soul, and body. My major focus in this setting is primarily related to personal finances and caring for the physical body. Each week will offer a practical tip on personal financial stewardship, caring for the physical body, and spiritual food.
